Dumb uninsured Mexican bitch drives up the center divider area and hits me while I'm changing lanes. Apparently since I was changing lanes it's my fault. Fine. I'll suck it up and pay the deductible on my insurance. But NOW the bitch has filed a lawsuit against me and the insurance company for FAKE bodily harm. Nobody was hurt in the accident. Everyone got out and walked around fine. Hell, there weren't any cuts or anything. They weren't holding anything that could have been hurt. They told two police officers they were not hurt. Two months later she apparently filed a claim against me citing fake injuries. Now my insurance is going to go up and it goes on the record as involving bodily harm. Fuck these uninsured drivers that should have stayed in Mexico, fuck lawyers that tell them to fake injuries to make money, and fuck this state for letting it happen and not doing a god damned thing to all of these uninsured motorists out there. If they drive without insurance they should automatically be at fault, end of story.
